This is a tough time to sell property.It is a buyer's market and as a seller you have to have a competitively priced home in great condition to sell in a reasonable amount of time.Our agents have the market knowledge to design a proper marketing plan for your home.
We offer a few different commission structures to suit your needs:
Full Service: (6% commission, 3% offered to cooperating broker) We handle everything from start to finish.We provide all marketing including signage, lockbox, virtual tour and flyers.
Limited Service: (4% commission, 3% offered to cooperating broker) We will handle all contracts associated with property.
MLS Listing Only: ($350 Flat Fee) Great for investors who want the exposure provided by the MLS, but only want to pay out limited commissions to cooperating brokers. The minimum recommended cooperating broker commission is 2.5%, however in a buyer's market we suggest 3%.The seller will take all calls and handle all contract issues with the buyer's agent directly.The listing is active for 180 days and has unlimited price, description and picture changes.
For Investors:
