Palm Island Realty was founded in the fall of 2007.  Although a new entity, the founder James Nagy has over 5 years of investing and industry experience.  He has been involved with 300 plus real estate transactions in the last 5 years.  He is an active investor and has the market knowledge to be successful and guide Palm Island Realty in the future.

James Nagy has his B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville Pennsylvania.  He furthered his education with an MBA in finance and marketing from the Katz School, University of Pittsburgh.

James has been part of the Tampa Bay community since late 2003.  He specializes in working with investors who are adding quality rental units to their portfolio.
